🧾 GST Inclusive: All quoted prices are inclusive of applicable GST. No additional tax will be charged.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment. Balance must be settled before or on the event date.
Client must provide accurate event details. Any changes must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the event.
KONASEEMA EVENTS will deliver services as agreed. Minor adjustments may be made due to technical or logistical requirements.
Client must ensure proper access at venue. Damage to our equipment will be charged to the client.
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events.
If we cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, full advance payment will be refunded promptly.
Customised items, decorations, permits or third-party bookings already paid are non-refundable.
Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days via original payment method.
Advance may be adjusted to new date, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
